Three generations
of doing it
right.
The story starts in 1969, in a single-bay Volvo storefront on Route 1A in Danvers. The first generation didn't set out to build a multi-brand luxury group. They set out to be the dealer your neighbor recommended — the one who knew your name, remembered your car's history, and answered the phone when you called.
Fifty-five years later, the family has grown to eight brands across ten storefronts — Volvo, Audi, Porsche, McLaren, Honda, GMC, and Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram. The phone is still answered by a person. The advisor who sold you your first XC60 in 2009 is the same advisor your daughter is leasing her first car from today.
That continuity — between people, between cars, between generations — isn't a marketing line. It's the entire business model.
"We're not the largest dealer in New England, and we never wanted to be. We wanted to be the one your family came back to."
— Ray Ciccolo, founder
